In order for an athlete to compete at a high level, he/she must train at a high level.  We understand that athletes train at a higher intensity than the average person.  Our Sports Performance Training sessions are designed to address each athletes individual needs.  Our goal is to enhance the athletes strengths while simultaneously correcting any weaknesses or deficiencies.  The end result is a strong, flexible, conditioned athlete who is able to compete at a high level for a longer period of time.  Sports Performance Training focuses on Speed and Agility, Strength and Conditioning and Flexibility Training.  All are offered as 1 on 1 sessions or group sessions up to 6 people.
